Visitor and family guidance

• Show your identity card or another identification document when entering.
• Up to two visitors may visit one patient.
• Do not visit if you have symptoms of a contagious illness; follow staff instructions about protective clothing and visitor routes.
• Do not sit on the patient’s bed or touch treatment tables, equipment, or containers marked with a biohazard warning.
• Follow the care team’s guidance about permitted food and do not bring perishable food.
• Follow temporary measures communicated by staff during special infection-control situations.

Visiting hours are 09:00–21:00. During a quarantine period, access may be limited or suspended. See the Hospice admission and access guide for further information.
