The team includes social workers, nurses, general or specialist doctors, older-person care assistants, care workers, administrative staff, and volunteers. Contact our team to discuss vacancies and admission requirements.

Activities and community life

Residents can help prepare the dining room and work in the garden, and can join handicraft groups. A small gym is available every day for exercise and table tennis. The chapel hosts Evangelical, Catholic, Orthodox, and Reformed services, with a Bible study each Tuesday. The dining room hosts performances by Sibiu students, choirs, and small orchestras, as well as a February carnival. The garden hosts a summer festival at the start of the warm season.

The 2025 activity report lists a capacity of 106 places and records that 130 older people received care that year. Activities in 2025 included choir, theatre, occupational therapy, and church services.
